Common Prayer: These Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to survey and demarcate the petitioners' property, situated at Town Survey Nos.59/1 and 59/2, Block 2, WardE, New Ward-Y, Pudhu Vannara Pettai, Trichy. 1/3

ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to survey and demarcate the petitioners' property, situated at Town Survey Nos.59/1 and 59/2, Block 2, Ward-E, New Ward-Y, Pudhu Vannara Pettai, Trichy. 2.The petitioners have made representations to the respondents on 26.02.2019 and 08.07.2019 respectively for surveying and demarcating their properties. The petitioner in W.P(MD).No.17084 of 2019 has also sent a reminder dated 04.07.2019. Since the respondents 2 to 4 have not taken any action, the petitioners are before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases, a direction is issued to the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 26.02.2019 and 08.07.2019 respectively and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
