PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his employees to do quarry operation in survey Nos.138/1, 137/4 and 137/5A in Vadavanpatti Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his employees to do quarry operation in survey Nos.138/1, 137/4 and 137/5A in Vadavanpatti Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the same has been referred to the Tahsildar, Singampunari Taluk in order to call the parties and conduct Peace Committee Meeting. Now, the enquiry is pending before the Tahsildar, Singampunari Taluk. However, the petitioner is not appearing before the Tahsildar.

present his case. The Tahsildar, Singampunari Taluk, is directed to hear all the parties and complete the proceedings, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
