ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to provide protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioners representation dt.05/07/2022 in accordance with law within the time stipulated time by this Honourable Court

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased a property on 08.01.2020 but the respondents 5 to 7 illegally occupied the premises and refused to vacate the same, hence he gave representation to the respondent police to take action against the trespassers.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2022 is still pending with the fourth respondent

4. In view of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
