ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner 1/4

in Crl OP(MD) No.7448 of 2026 by order dated 27.04.2026 "6.(b) the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Special Judge for Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai on all working days morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 05.00 p.m., until further orders.".

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No. 7448 of 2026 on 27.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
