This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Villu Pattu on 05.08.2019 at 10.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. and 06.08.2019 at 10.00 p.m. to 4.00 a.m. in nearby Sri Arumuga Mangalam Highcourt Maharaja at Sudalamadasamy at Seevalaperi Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.07.2019.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Villu Pattu on 05.08.2019 and 06.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 12.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing certain conditions.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
