O R D E R

The petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to direct the respondent to issue '''Not traceable certificate' to the petitioner's missed Document No.936/1985, dated 11.09.1985, after conducting enquiry on his Online complaint, dated 12.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner missed his original sale deed, dated 11.09.1985 in Document No.936/1985 when he returned back to his house after took Xerox copy from Panthalkudi bazaar Xerox shop. He further submitted that the petitioner has effected paper publication through his counsel on 08.10.2020 and then he prepared self Affidavit in front of Notary Public on 09.10.2020 assigning the above reasons and finally, he has lodged the Online complaint, dated 12.10.2020 on the file of the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would state that enquiry is still pending and only after investigation the respondent police will be able to issue a 'Non traceable certificate'.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that he has already given an undertaking before the respondent police.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission on either side, the respondent police is directed to consider the Online complaint of the petitioner, dated 12.10.2020 and issue necessary certificate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C rl.O.P.(MD)No.13609 of 2020 within a period of Two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

6. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
