Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants the boundary stone in respect of the petition mentioned land to be re-fixed.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that there is no objection from the adjacent land owner. It is stated that within three weeks, the petitioner's request can be accepted and survey conducted.
4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
