PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent police herein not to harass the petitioner at the instance of any complaint in respect of practice of Allopathic medicine without following the due process of law.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the first respondent police herein not to harass the petitioner at the instance of any complaint in respect of practice of Allopathic medicine without following the due process of law.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the second respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 06.10.2018. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
