ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the second respondent to sub divide the petitioner's property comprised in T.S.No.17/2 and 18/1 in Joint Patta No.1172 situated at Melvalpatti, Venkatnayakkanpatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District and thereby issue separate patta in the petitioner's name based on the representation dated 18.08.2021 made to the respondents 1 and 2.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, is simply directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's case, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third and fourth respondents and also any other rival claimants and conduct proper enquiry and and pass orders in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
