ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police herein not to harass the petitioner at the instance of any complaint in respect of practice of Allopathic medicine without following the due process of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that no case is pending as against the petitioner as on date.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
