This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue appointment order to the petitioner as per letter dated 03.11.2009 in Na.Ka.No.9108/AA/2009 based on his representation dated 11.01.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

Husbandry, Kanyakumari District. The third respondent has sent a letter dated 03.11.2009 to the petitioner, in which, the petitioner was directed to get appointment order from the first respondent, but it was subsequently informed that the programme was cancelled due to administrative reasons. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 11.01.2016 to the second respondent to grant appointment order. As the same has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.It is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2016 and to pass orders.

5.Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
