This writ petition has been filed by Mr.Sarkarairaj under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to admit the petitioner's brother by name Murugan @ Alagumuruan, son of Karuppathevar @ Vellaichamy, aged about 51 years as inpatient for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the better treatment in Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 30.04.2017.
2. Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the medical certificate of the petitioner's brother by name Mr.Murugan @ Alagumurugan and submitted that the petitioner's brother has already been admitted in the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai for better treatment.
4.Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
