ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested on 08.08.2021 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) r/w 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.285 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with another accused was found in illegal possession of 60 numbers of 180 ml bottles of black pearl. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a widow and she has been falsely implicated in this case. She is inside the prison from 08.08.2021 and hence, he prays for grant of bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed for grant of bail on the ground that the investigation is yet to be completed. He would further submit that apart from this case, the petitioner is having 14 previous cases which read as follows:- 1/3
