ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to restrain the second respondent police from interfering with the administration of the temple.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the parties, the police have referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai and 107 proceedings have also been initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai.

ta 3.In view of the same, the police will have no say in the dispute, which has already been referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer.
