ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.62 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and final report has also been filed on 03.08.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
