Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent to make fresh subdivision of the land measuring 0.50.5Ares, in S.No.222/5B1B in Urapuli village, Paramakudi taluk, and to issue a patta for the remaining land in petitioner name, after deleting the acquired portion of the land therein, measuring 1.750 Sq. Mtr (17,500 Sq.Ft), for laying the four way lane in NH-49 Road, by considering his representation on 26.02.2024 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Honble court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The fifth respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fifth respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the fifth respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
