None appears for the petitioners. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.24 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. I went through the contents of the petition. If I have to consider the said contention, that would necessarily involve conducting a factual probe at this stage.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has been completed and 25 witnesses were examined and final report has also been made ready. It has been sent to the head quarters for obtaining approval. It is stated that within four weeks, final report will be filed before the Jurisdictional Court also.
