ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to record the petitioner's date of birth in the Aadhar card as 03.05.1977 on the basis of the petitioner's school transfer certificate, through her representation dated 28.06.2024 and link the Aadhar details with the petitioner's PF Account and consequently, to direct the 1st respondent to record the petitioner's correct date of birth as 03.05.1977 instead of 28.09.1996 and record as Amsavalli G instead of G Amsavalli and wife of Gopalakrishnan instead of daughter of Arumugam in the PF records pertaining to UAN No.100148064006, P.F.Member I.D. MDMDU00912980000000032, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2024 within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 28.06.2024, 2/4

before the 1st respondent to correct her name.

3. The petitioner is seeking to correct her name as 'Amsavalli G' in all the official records. As per the respondents, any such correction beyond the permitted limit shall be considered by the Regional Office of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Bengaluru.

4. In view of the above, this Court is directing the petitioner to approach the Regional Office of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Bengaluru, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the concerned officer shall consider the petitioner's claim and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks therefrom.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
