Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's obstruction petition No.17 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law after affording opportunities to all the parties. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's obstruction petition No.17 of 2013 within a time frame. 4.According to the petitioner, she filed an obstruction petition No.17 of 2013 before the respondent, anticipating one Samsudeen and other taking steps to execute a forged document. The application is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

5.Even according to the petitioner as on today no document has been filed by the said persons.

for registration by Samsudeen, Abdul Nazar and Abdul Ariba Begam in respect of 12 Acres 54 cents each comprised in old S.No.129, new T.S.No.7, Ward B, Block No.3, New Nagar, Emaneshwaram Group, Paramakudi, the respondent is directed to consider the obstruction petition filed by the petitioner bearing No.17 of 2013 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
