O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within the reasonable time so fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner to the extent of consideration of the representation, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 21.11.2016 submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
