Defacto Complainant Prayer : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records connected with summon in C.S.R.No.588 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

For Petitioner: Mr.S.Malaikani For R1 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER Crl.O.,P(MD) No.13808 of 2021 has been filed to direct the third not to interfere into the civil dispute between the Kosamattam Finance Company and the fourth respondent and Crl.O.P(MD) No.14540 of 2021 has been filed to call for the entire records connected with summon in C.S.R.No.588 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The said submission is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
