ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.348 of 2019 on the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee to Subordinate Court, Paramakudi. 2.Records perused.

3.Notice served upon the respondent. Though name of the respondent is printed, there is no representation on the side of the respondent.

4.It is stated that the respondent/husband has filed a petition before the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, in H.M.O.P.No.348 of 2019 and since the petitioner, being the wife, is residing at Paramakudi, she was not able to travel upto Chennai for attending the case and hence, prayed that the case may be transferred to Subordinate Court, Paramakudi. No prejudice will be caused to the other side, in case, the case is transferred to Paramakudi.

5.The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition are satisfactory and hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

The proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.348 of 2019 on the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, is withdrawn and the same is transferred to Subordinate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
