ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.131 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 448, 452, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.205 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.205 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 13.03.2017.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him.
