This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.319 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2. The defacto complainant Sankar Ganesh is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.K.Gnanasekaran SSI of Police, D-3, Koodalpudur Police Station, Madurai District. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he does not want to pursue the complaint. A joint memo of compromise has also been filed.
