COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in Ka.No.U.Mi.Po/E.Kaa/Ku.Ko/Ko.Pugar/A.No.204/2020 and 203/2020 respectively; dated 28.10.2020 and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and in consequence thereof direct the 1st respondent to accept the documents produced by the petitioner and provide electricity service connection to the property of the petitioner comprised in S.F.No.110/9A Punjai 0.01.0 Ares of North Street, Udaiyalipatti village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District at once. In Both the Writ Petitions:

2. These writ petitions are filed to quash the impugned order, dated 28.10.2020 with a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to provide electricity service connection to the petitioners. 2/8
3. There is no appearance on the side of the Petitioners. Heard Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, the Learned Standing counsel appareling for the 1st respondent, Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, the Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the material documents available on record.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated by the respondents that, pending writ petition, the respondents have granted electricity connection on 16.05.2023, in S.C.No.06-171-016-655 & 656 respectively; and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 05.09.2023 Internet : Yes ksa 3/8
