Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NIRANJAN S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.3312 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded in NDPS Act. While he was in custody seven cases were registered against him, in which, he was granted anticipatory bail.
