This petition is for a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to complete the enquiry in CSR No.243/2020 dated 21.09.2020 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent within the time limit.

2. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that FIR was registered in Crime No.2/2022 on the file of Parthibanoor Police Station, Ramanathapuram District.
