until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested and remanded in NDPS Act. While he was in custody seven cases were registered against him, in which, he was granted anticipatory bail. Now he is fearing that the respondent would foist false case against the petitioner. 3.Considering the submission of the petitioner, the petitioner is hereby directed in all the petitions to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai daily at 10.30AM, until further orders and the other conditions in the said orders remains unaltered.
