The prayer in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made in the East-West Velar Street at North Vaagaikulam, Vaagaikulam Panchayat, Manoor Panchayat Union, Manoor Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.08.2021, within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 as well as the contesting respondents 3 to 5 have submitted that the encroachments, as projected by the petitioner in his representation, dated 16.08.2021, have already been removed.

3.The said submission is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Recording the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
