ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application on 20.10.2022 before the respondents requesting them for surveying her land. Since the respondents have not acted upon the said application, she filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey her land.

2. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, seeks for a short accommodation that the case papers are not available with him.

3. Considering the fact that though the petitioner has submitted her application on 20.10.2022, survey has not been conducted so far, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's 2/4

application dated 20.10.2022, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any difficulty in conducting the survey, necessary orders has to be passed enabling the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
