ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.2154 of 2025, on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to the Family Court, Madurai.

2. This Court issued notice to the respondent. In spite of service of notice, the respondent has failed to appear either through counsel or in person.

3.The contention of the petitioner is that she has a one year old baby. Moreover, she has to travel from Madurai to Chennia, which is more than 450 kilometres. Therefore, the present petition is filed by the petitioner. Accepting the said contention, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition.

4.Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
