ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Mandamus to direct the respondent No.4 to cancel the illegal heir certificate in Pa.Mu.No.14466/2008/A3, dated 20.07.2008 issued in favour of the fifth respondent for the petitioner demised father namely, Malaisamy @ periyathambi in light of the communication proceedings made by the first respondent to the fourth respondent in OO.Mu.No.e-3395202/2025/D4 dated 09.06.2025.

2.This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with the notice on the fifth respondent. 3.The limited prayer sought for the petitioner is that to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025. 2/5

4.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.05.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of two months.

5. Recording the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.05.2025, after due notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
