ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his representation dated 27.04.2023, given for surveying the land in Survey No.320/11 to an extent of 2.20 ares, situated at Agathariruppu Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, has not been considered by the respondents for the past three months. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner claims title over the property through a gift deed, however, he has not produced any gift deed to substantiate his claim.

3. In view of submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to 2/4

the petitioner to produce the relevant documents, through which, he derived title to the property, before the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of such documents, the respondents shall complete the process of survey, after issuing notice to the adjacent owners, within a period of six weeks from thereon. No costs.
