The petitioner has come forward with this petition, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent, forbearing him from appointing anybody as Noon Meal Organizer of the Noon Meal Center of the petitioner's school, based on his representation made to the 1st respondent, dated 12.09.2016 and 11.05.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the

respondents.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representation of the petitioner has already been rejected and disposed of and under such circumstances, the petitioner is interested in challenging the whole things afresh.
