3.The present Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.08.2015, in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a time frame. 4.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey Nos.28/11 and 28/4 in Sukkampatti, Melur Taluk, Madurai District. He came to know that patta for the property was transferred to one Nevuli Sevugan and thereafter to one Kannan. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hence, he filed applications dated 21.08.2015 to cancel the patta issued in their name. The said applications are still pending with the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petitions.

In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the applications of the petitioner, dated 21.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, these Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
