The above writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to grant permission to conduct 3 days festival at Arulmigu Sri Kaliamman, Sri Mariamman Thirukovil, Vaivespuram, Nagaiahkottai, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the representation dated 04.06.2023.

2.When the matter had come up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the nfhbNaw;wk; is slated to be held on 09.07.2023 and the festival is to be conducted from 16.07.2023 to 18.07.2023. Therefore, since the relief prayed is already scheduled, no further order is required in the Writ Petition. 2/4

3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
