Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members by compelling him to hand over his child Subiksha Sree aged about 4 years and his deceased wife jewel to the 3rd Respondent based on his complaint.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent in CSR.No.464 of 2018, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
