O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct the cultural function Aadal Padal at Soorapatty, Melathaniyam, Public Stage connection with the Annadhanam Festival of Sri Alagaperumal Temple and Sri Panayadi District on 06.08.2019 at about 7.00pm to 12.00am based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Cultural Programme on 06.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

representation on 20.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
