This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019 and to give permission for conducting cultural programme on 13.08.2019 from 7.00pm to 11.00 pm and Kubbam programme on 14.08.2019 at night in connection with Arulmighu Mupidathiamman and Perumal Koil, Maravankulam, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Cultural Programme on 13.8.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

representation on 22.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.7.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
