ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application for survey and with a grievance that the said application has not been considered, he has filed this writ petition.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the survey has already been conducted and that nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
