This Writ of Mandamus has been field to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to ply vehicle from Manaparai bus stand instead of Manaparai outer Kamaraj arch to Aniyapur cross road, by considering the representation dated 16.9.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2016 and to pass orders within a time frame, for which course, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2016, seeking to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

permit him to ply vehicle from Manaparai bus stand, instead of Manaparai outer Kamaraj Arch to Aniyapur cross road, and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.14142 of 2016 is closed.
