To allow this appeal and acquit the appellant from all the charges by setting as aside the impugned judgment passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Court, Tiruchendur in S.C.No.11 of 2018 dated 30.04.2021.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ARULVADIVEL @ SEKAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4149 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.255 of 2021, dated 10.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4149 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.255 of 2021, dated 10.08.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4149 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.255 of 2021, dated 10.08.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
