ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the third respondent herein from permitting the fourth and fifth respondents herein to construct the building work in the petitioner's property in T.S.No.1221/1 to an extent of east west 56 feet and south north 22 feet situated at ward No.6, Adiyanoothu part, Pallapatti Part, Block No. 26, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, based on his representation dated 26.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is about to file a civil suit shortly. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ 2/4
