3. Subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, a final order has been passed by the second respondent on 16.11.2020 and the same has also been placed before this Court. Hence, the petitioner will have to necessarily challenge the final order passed by the second respondent dated 16.11.2020.

After recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final order, dated 16.11.2020 passed by the second respondent in accordance with law.
