This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned check slip issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in RFL/Kayalpattinam/55/2021 dated 30.07.2021 and consequently directing the second respondent to register the sale deed dated 29.07.2021 executed by the third respondent in favour of the petitioner regarding the land having plot number 60, admeasuring cents 2.07(902 square feet) in Survey Number 468/1A, having Re Survey Number as 806/11A in Saffire Garden at Kochiyar Street, Kayalpattinam South Village, Thiruchendur Taluk, 2/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the second respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that during the pending of this Writ Petition, the document was registered as Document No.4305 of 2023.
