O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his workers, while constructing Southern side compound Wall in S.No.113/3A in Ayyampatti, Gundur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District.

respondent.

3.The petitioner is an Engineer and he was engaged by Sri Ramakrishna Sarada Educational Trust for constructing a compound wall around Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalaya Matriculation School in Ayyampatti Majura, Gundur Village, Trichy District and when the petitioner proceeded with the construction, it is alleged by him that the fourth respondent is preventing him from constructing the compound wall. It appears that there has been a civil litigation between the father of the fourth respondent and the School Authorities. The police have conducted an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and have closed the same on the ground that the matter is essentially civil in nature.

4. In view of the above, this Court cannot issue a Mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner. The Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs.
