Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action to include the petitioner's name in patta No.229 for the property in New Survey No.71-1A and 2A Old Survey No.71-1 situated at Madhampatty, Kulithalai based on the petitioner's recent representation dated 19.09.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in New Survey No.71-1A and 2A Old Survey No.71-1 situated at Madhampatty, Kulithalai and without his notice his name has been removed from the patta. Hence, he sent a representation before the authorities, specifically to the 3rd respondent Tahsildar on 19.09.2016 and the same is pending without consideration. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

5. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
