[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his son and to set him at liberty.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the detenu is missing along with the daughter of the third respondent. Hence, as against the detenu a case has been registered in Crime No.644 of 2018 by the Usilampatti Town Police Station.
