PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent herein to conduct proper enquiry in granting license by the 4th respondent 21.11.2017 to 15.12.2021 to the 5th respondent herein for distribution of the stocks/materials from the Tamilnadu civil supplies corporation to the fair price shop in Dindigul through 5th respondent vehicle based on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2022 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeing a mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct inquiry in granting of licence by the 4th respondent to the 5th respondent.

2. A perusal of the records reveals that the petitioner has made allegations that the 5th respondent being an employer of the 4th respondent, continuously he is being favoured and direction is being sought for as against the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry. Considering the fact that the license has expired in December 2021 and a third party is now the licence holder, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
