Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Cr.No.251 of 2024, 1/3
seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused said to have illegally transported 40 units of river sand, worth about Rupees Six Lakhs. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Counsel would submit that the petitioner and other accused said to have illegally transported 40 units of river sand, worth about Rupees Six Lakhs. Totally there are four accused and the petitioner is arrayed as A1. However, the petitioner is having 5 previous cases and the investigation is pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
